Moonlight Dine & Ski

Experience the magic of Copper Mountain after dark with Moonlight Dine + Ski. Your evening includes a ride up the American Eagle chairlift, live music, a gourmet buffet and an optional ski to the base at the end. Plus, the March events will start with one hour of skiing/riding off of the Excelerator chairlift.
| IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW You MUST be an intermediate skier/snowboarder or better to participate. The ski/ride down can be very dark so you must be confident in your skill level. This event is for ages 8 and up only. Guests between the ages of 8 - 11 must use the American Eagle gondola cabins for both upload and download. Adult is 21+ and ID's will be checked. Be sure to bundle up, just like you would for a regular ski day. Consider bringing an extra layer or two. Head lamps are required. We recommend bringing an extra pair of shoes to wear indoors during dinner. This event is rain, shine, or blizzard! No tools for tuning or adjustments are available. Make sure your equipment is ready ahead of time. Please sign in at the appropriate time for your specific dinner. There is a mandatory safety talk prior to loading the chairlift. Check in is located at the Camp Hale Outfitters Guest Services Desk inside the Copper One building in Center Village. Be on time!

Non-skiing/riding guests can ascend and descend the mountain via the American Eagle lift gondola cabins free of charge. Guests using this service are strongly advised to wear appropriate footwear (winter boots with significant tread, Yak-Traks, etc.) and winter clothing. There is a walk of approximately 425 feet between the top of the lift to Solitude Station. At the end of the evening, non-skiing/riding guests will be required to walk back up to the American Eagle which includes a significant incline. Please consider these factors when choosing this method of transportation for our Moonlight dine & Ski events.

Please Note: The February 15th, March 14th and 28th dates DO include skiing prior to the dinner.
